I live inside a tangled site, so many ways I can confide. I could stray away sometime but I don’t know what i would find if I answered this desperate call of a long abandoned door. What on earth could reveal itself? Would it be something I’ve been waiting for?

Each door is open but the first one’s still closed. I know the light inside is a life I have long disposed.

Be cursed for every dream you stole! Another good reason to justify my escape plan: To spare my soul, and never find out what’s behind the door that never opened.

I should be grateful for my wisdom. So many years I moved with stealth. I rather find a roundabout to pretend that I have never felt this tickle in my phantom limb, this breath that I long held…’cause I don’t want to hurt you and I don’t want to hurt myself.

All is wide open. Why do I still feel confined? I always roam out far, but revoked by this sight. Don’t know if I’ll have more lives or just one but I need to resolve this before I am finally gone.
